Rick and Toby have taught a large number of classes over the years. The notes from some of our classes are contained in the Help Sites section.

If you need to know more about computers, by far the best place in Ventura County to learn is at Channel Islands PC Users Group. CIPCUG has more than 300 members who hold a regular monthly meeting as well as many SIG's (Special Interest Groups) which concentrate on different subjects. Many members donate large amounts of time to help other members with problems. Toby chairs the monthly SIG on HTML on the second Wednesday of the month. Check out the current schedule for a complete list of scheduled SIG's.

If VCC's support requests you to, click on the Help link. If available, click on Run to run the file in place. Otherwise, download to your hard drive and then click on Run. Either way, you will transfer control of your computer to VCC tech support to help solve your problems. Do not use this tool unless instructed.

This program will run once. It will make no changes to your computer, any of the configuration files nor the Registry.
